NOW comes the main part that the study of HUMAN BRAIN. All the functional departments of the organisations require the know-how of the way their employees and the stakeholders things that is the functioning of the BRAIN. The HR people have to know that for the behavior, way of thinking, interest in work etc to increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of manual work involved. For Finance people, again the same thing are required for the better and may be the best possible decision to take so as to increase the Value in the Organization. The marketing guy for the need to interact with both the sets i.e. for the inside people of the organization and for the outside people.
Hence one can see that how the things changed and the point of focus became precise and centralized with the change. People are doing study and already the developed and discovered study are used as the Primary source of data for the development and to be more focused so as to give the best of the result and again to get the maximum of the output.
But the thing for discussion may be that- what next? After Human Brain what will be the next target for study for the organisations? Will the change in the way of doing business will go back i.e. in the reverse cycle or some steps more. But any way there has been all the time a Philosophy of people that all the things have a decline time and also some follows a cyclic process. What will happen in the business scenario? What will be the seen if the fuel (oil) will be finished? Will the companies use the Solar or the nuclear energy as the source of power or will there be any other Fuel discovered? Will those new fuels will be of the same value and whether the efficiency will be effected or not? What will happen with the pollution and what control measures will people follow?
Any ways these all are the questions of the very far future but the situation may arise like that. And the biggest of all the questions at that time WHAT WILL BE THE TOPIC OF STUDY FOR THE NEXT DEVELOPMENT AT THAT TIME?
