ISBR

From the early first day to the day of today this body has provided me a lot and is enhancing my skills day by day. The capstone, the Thomas International techniques, the platform of events and several other activities, shows the management process of this college. The very first time students participated in the NEN from this college and they were in the position of the rankers. The lecturers having the vast knowledge in their fields and the exposure to the outer corporate world are immense through this. The France trip for the BEM College is a chance for students to go abroad and learn more as the tag line says

REAL WORLD REAL LEARNING…… ISBR

This is paying a lot for us let us utilize to the fullest very sincerely.

THE PLAN GOES PARALLEL

Business doesn’t remain the same as compared as early days. It is now grown and developed like anything. It was a time when people use to get up early so that they may reach the market to buy things and also to sell their own products but now the situation is changed. It was not even imaginary that we will sleep and our business will run.

Some days back, I was in a queue to withdraw money from the ATM and I saw that the bank near that ATM was closed. I thought that this is closed and the business of selling the policies can’t be handled from this place now, the same moment I saw a board with a policy written on it. I thought of the entire INTERNET and other call centers which were running parallel for the business of that firm and I came to know that I was wrong. This is the age of IT and this has made everything too easy and simple that we can’t even think of.

See the magic and keep analyzing, we somewhere and somehow come in the reign of this IT where every thing goes PARALLEL.

Dilemma of Customers or WHAT?

What a dilemma is this?

Customers are the point of concentration of all the firms and it is only the customer base only which makes a company like Wal-Mart, Google and others to stand in the top Fortune list...
The market are shifting from the PRODUCT based to the CUSTOMERS based marketing and the techniques of ERP and CRM are used by one and all. Here, sometimes happens the situation of confusion among the customers whether they should use the product or not... who will give the solution of such problems?
Phizer.Ltd, the Indian unit of the US based pharmaceutical giant has launched an anti- smoking drug here named Varenicline sold as Champix which has the course treatment of three months and the charge comes Rs. 9,500.
Any smoker has a probability of cancer and death, but this medicine as an anti-smoking drug can be able to solve this problem but the problem comes for a customer when there is no any surety that the medicine or any product is good for them or not. It is like the situation in which one side is the sea and the other side is a bay. What to do and what not to do? This problem comes only for the customers who really want to quit smoking not for the others.

The company should come forward and say that the product is totally good to use so that we as a customers can be assured to use it as it will not possess any harm.

Time never comes…run and clutch in your hands

Sometimes we think of waiting for the right time to come so that we may start but it never comes because in every part of our life we remain unstable and in several problems…

Recently I got a very real learning, working in a team. It was about a presentation. Half of the members were shivering or I really don’t know that what was in their mind but they were not ready to go for presentation. They were waiting for the exact time when their energy level would become high and they can go for it…

But sorry ….. It didn’t happen and we remained sitting waiting the RIGHT TIME to move

The idea is time will not come and you will remain unstable and die one day….. Hit it now. Do it now. If not, YOU ARE GONE………..
