There is a question that whether one should have some values in life or not? If No then it is fine but if YES then how far that person should go for those values? Sometimes and only in someone we find values, the others don’t have the values. I am saying so because if a person is compromising with the values for ANY reason then he/she doesn’t have the values because the preface of the book of values says that “DON’T CHEAT WITH THE VALUES, IT IS A SIN”
People say that why is the value needed for life, it already goes smoothly. I want to ask such persons what is the need of living? If there is a system in which we are born and we will die than there should be a system for all. If there is a system for running a company, if there are strategies for business than it is damn compulsory for life too. But the matter of fact is that in a company we will be thrown out of it and in the case of life nothing such happens. But you know what people, in the case of life one might gain a lot of things by compromising with the rules and values of his/her, the losses are unpredictable. The pace of achieving will ultimately go down and the real happiness will not be there.
It is not the matter that a person is having values and rules which is not praised by many but the matter of fact is that if it is, it should be strictly obeyed, one should die for that.
Either it is business or life values should be given value neither you are not doing justice with yourself……
In business there is an input and output concept, yesterday while talking to a person he was telling me that nothing is 100% and then after he started talking about six sigma and business inputs. I told that guy that all those things cant even compared to rules because all those things have the depth realty of rules and values and all those companies which plays with them don’t survive as the fittest one. Hence rule the RULES over you.

ReplyDeletestagnent water .we have to open the edge of pond which contain that stagnent water because without flow(value& rules)our life will be contaminated.And contamination can destroy our as well as others life also.value creats a zeal to achieve,not some thing,all things of this exhisting univers.Having this type of zeal i suggest all the people, who

ReplyDeleteI agrred about your thoughts but up to some extent. Let me give you a classic example. Motorola who launced iridium phone few years back but they were unsuccesful. They given their 100% input but due to some reason optput could not be 100%. Thats always happen in our life. No one is 100% perfect. Try to think which is happening in your life. Do you think u got 100% mks ever in your life in any standard? Did you 100%regualar in your class? The answer will be no. This is a small example which happen in every ones life. I appreciate ur think tank that u believe in 100%. Every one wants 100% output. But sometimes fail. No one wants to Cheat with the values. U discuseed abt the inputs and outputs of business. you are right but it also applicable to an individual life. If u work hard that is input and the results which come out is output. Results can be anything either poitive or negative. If u compare between business and life of an individual then u can find that "In Business any negetive outcomes indicate loss but in life any negetive outcomes indicate missing of smile."
So, Keep thinking is not a bad idea but you also must understand the facts of life and business.

ReplyDeleteit is the matter we know ourselves or not.everybody has born with some values and uniqueness in there different fields. dignities need not any support, actually they do ,whatever they want to do wheather that is freedom fighter bhagat singh,lord of dalitas Dr.ambedkar,father of nation bapu,lord buddha and Mr. ambani.same thing in business we do not utilize its input effectively, it will not give automatic output. we have come in this world to show the world our presence uniquely. so, lets show it.
