India is one of the biggest and growing economies in the world. This country has shown several trends of trade and also has a huge experience in various domains of business. From the very early times till now, India has moved from the business of craft, sculpture, designing, painting, textile, spices to the business of automobiles, IT, BPO, KM, consulting and what not which constitutes the modern business arena.
This country has moved from one step to another, and then even this young economy has never ended the old values and system of business ever. This country has always made incremental innovations and renovations in their ancient way of doing business. And now the state of such businesses has become the Bottom of Pyramid as very well said by Prof C.K. Prahlad.
Yesterday, I was passing through the road of my colony and I saw a shopkeeper who was selling vegetables loaded on this bicycle cart (Pic). I asked him certain questions and his answers were showing the shift in his own business that how he adapted and made the incremental innovation/renovation to run his business more profitably.
The questions asked by me and the answers he has given are as under-
Q- Chacha sabji bahut mahagi de rahe hain aap?
A- kya Karen babuji, mahangai badh gayi hai, aur abhi age bhi na jane kya hoga.
Q- accha chacha aap kahan se sabji late hain?
A- babuji mandi se, yahan se 7 km door hai.
Q- kitne baje se lagate hain ye thela?
A- dopahar 2-3 se lagate hain.
Q- Accha to aap ye bataiye ki aap kahin dukan kyun nahi laga lete hain?
A- Babuji lagaye the, pehle dukan se hi bechte the road k kinare, par sarkar ka niyam ban
gaya hai ki road k kinare koi dukan nahi lagana hai, sarkari zameen na hai babuji!
Q- Accha to kahin sthir thela laga liye hote, kam se kam ek jagah to rehte?
A- vo bhi kiye rahe babu, police wale mina karat hawan na, road par mana karat hain.
Q- To isiliye aap ye cycle wala thela liye hain?
A- Han, isiliye liye hain, ka Karen majburi hai na. Dhandha to kare bina paisa nahi
Milega aur parivar bhi to hai.

Bahut badhiya hai chacha. Dhanyavad.
So from this small happening one can see that how a small vendor can change his way of doing business by improving the medium( Cart). Moreover one can very well analyze that he has done changes not by his own desire but by the compulsion of law.
*This is not always true, but in this case. There are number of examples in which people adapt by desire.
So the phases, this shopkeeper has seen are-
Shop Model Business ----Moving Cart Model Business ---- Bicycle Cart Model Business
In all the cases he is selling the same product.
In the very initial stage, i.e. Shop model Business, he was having customers who use to go at his shop and buy vegetables. In the second phase, he has got mobility, but to a limited area and also he has increased the daily fixed customers. But in the third stage, he has got mobility to 5-6 colonies situated at very nearby places, and he has got the access of bigger market than both the prior phases.
So, as he has got more access of market, he has got more of the daily customers and hence there happened an increase in the profit.
So he has not only changes the medium of business but also the process of doing business.
There are ‘N’ number of such small vendors and models in India, which are changing day by day and increasing the value in their own business as well as for the economy.
These are the people who sell vegetables like products which are purchased daily by huge population, who belong to lower, middle and high income class. These people are the Bottom of the Pyramid.

I was reading one article from Mckinsey and I want to share the same with you all. The economic crisis has created a number of problems worldwide in nearly every sphere of Human way of living. Public sector and Private sectors both are affected in every continent. At some places the effect is high and while other potential economies have got a very little touch of that. Nevertheless no one is at the ideal or previous state. This article focuses on the Asian countries Government’s role in the turmoil to run the economy. Fantastic and marvelous book by Andrew S.Grove, Chairman of the Board of Intel Corporation. Peter Drucker has said about this book as, "This Fantastic book is the Dangerous book, it will make one to think."
The concept laid down by the writer is great and the stories and the happenings which he has categorized as the In Vivo and In Vitro are full of knowledge and interest. One must read this book to understand that nothing is stationary....not the company, not the place in the company and simply nothing....at the cost if one is not known to the Strategic Inflection Point....in which the RULES OF THE GAME ARE CHANGED....
I will be back right here with an review of this book which is half completed and I was unable to stop myself to give this post even before finishing ....

Do you know that what is the relevance of an Event and a process in human life and vice versa?
Darwin, the great scientist who has given the theory which says “The fittest will survive” i.e. the survival of the fittest theory. According to Darwin, every change that takes place happens gradually and that shows a linear nature on graph. But, the question is that whether is that true or not? Might be he is true in the Frame of Reference in which he has postulated this theory, but not now. The reason behind are the examples like 9/11, Mumbai blast, the innovation of chips, mobile phones, the I & II world wars. Just think for a while that could the situation of today have been the same if the above of the things would not have happened. Not only these things, but many more of the happenings have changed the ways human beings lived. So the result does not remain the same. Actually there remains no Linearity in the graph of change vs. time but there seems to be a Step functional graph.
So a very interesting fact which came across, after discussion was that the above mentioned happenings might be having a lot of planning behind for instance, 9/11 would have taken number of months or years to plan but the execution was just the matter of some fraction of seconds or say minutes. And what happened after that has changed the ways people think, in terms of alertness and many more… so this alertness was developed after just a fraction of moments. To make it more clear let me put the example of the innovation of Bulb. After the innovation of bulb, the life is not as the same and on the same track, the conventional one, but that brought a change in the field of technology and human life. So the entire premise of the story says that the process is no more in the linear form in the current world of technology and sharp human brains.
So there comes two terms that I refer as the PROCESS and the EVENT. For any Process there is an Event. So from the starting of a process till its end there happens and linear nature in-between change and time and the origin for those processes are some or at least Event. The most important think is that is one zooms the process i.e. looks upon a process them is shows a slope nature which is linear.
So one can see that for the world of today every thing or anything changes in just minutes or may be in very little of time, so there can’t be the process of change showing a linear behavior with time but the step functional. And by the way the people who are responsible are the unreasonable people and not the reasonable one.

These days I am reading the book Primal Branding written by Patrick Hanlon, the founder and CEO of Thinktopia,Inc.
This is one of the very fantastic book on Branding with plenty number of examples and stories about a number of companies. One should read this book to know the new ways of branding in which a company creates the Brand image in the mind of the customers and consumers by creating a Belief System with the help of seven codes which are mentioned in the book as-
The Creation Story, the Creed, the Icons, the rituals, the Pagans, the sacred words, and the Leader.
So the above are the mentioned assets by which a company can create a Belief System which generates a sense of Belief in the mind of the Customers and that the line quoted next in the book says that “Believing means Belonging” So one the thing goes right in the brain with the correct of message to the customers, they start loving and associating the particular product or service with themselves. Many of us have attended the classes for hours but some gets the chance to learn a fantastic subject and that too by an excellent Professor not for some hours but for the entire night…..

Yeah that happened in ISBR. The subject was Innovation Management and the person for the day (not day indeed but Night) as Guru was Mr. Pavan Soni, Innovation Evangelist and Innovation Consultant, Wipro.

I was one among the bunch of lucky students to have the lecture…

It all started at 9 pm and ended at early morning till 5.00 am.

The journey for the day on the boat of IM (Innovation Management), with a commander like Pavan Soni was unforgettable. What is Innovation? Difference between Invention and Innovation was taught with the relevant examples. Innovation was not taken as to be taught only in Business, but also in politics, economy, how great people did that and to conclude that as the point of observation in every human being. There happened a lot times when the biggest of the theories were revised, given commend upon and discarded with logical and factual data. Darwin’s survival of the Fittest was also discussed in brief and how the linear graphics of evolution was disproved by the opinions with facts which concluded as the Step function nature of Graph. How Innovation happens in big companies like IBM, Apple, Google, Nintendo, TATA, Maruti, Toyota, BMW, Walmart, GE, Microsoft, P&G, Nokia and many more was taught and discussed. The categorization of people among Reasonable and Unreasonable was discussed which was told as the Choice of individual person to be either one of them. The graphical representation was done to let the logic enter in the form of picture. Moreover the small movie (ad by Apple) was shown to understand the same in a better way. The recent surveys on the world’s top companies which are Innovative were discussed in detail one by one. The Guru for the Night described the types of Innovation on several bases e.g. on the basis of magnitude, impact, function etc.

The Product Innovation, Process Innovation and Business Model Innovation were discussed in detail with plenty of examples. The impact of these innovations on customers, company and top line& bottom line of any organization were interesting to understand.

Now, there happened a lot of Big Companies in the cold night so why not a small cup of Tea in the break…

After break, IBM’s survey and interview of 100 CEO’s from all around the world in the form of a report which described that where and at what degree of importance Innovation is in the companies and how does they do that.

Incremental, Breakthrough and Disruptive Innovation was taught and their order on the basis of performance and price.

GPI (General Purpose Innovation) and SPI (Specific Purpose Innovation) was discussed.

Tom Peters (a great management guru) definition of Innovation, “Innovation is equal to WOW” was quite interesting and impressive creating WOW in the students.

The other topics were the Obstacles for Innovation, Investment of companies in Innovation, Similarities in Innovators, How to measure Innovation and BCG survey on Innovation was discussed. The ROI (Return on Innovation), Monetizing Innovation were the interesting one.

And finally, LIGHT …the sunlight which appeared to enter through the windows of thought after a lot of Unlearning and Learning.

Hi Everybody, after a long gap I am here and for now I am neither going to write anything about the Index of the Share market nor about the big Companies cutting down their costs and expenditure by various ways. This time let me put the thing which is really of great importance and value for both the B and L(Business and Life). I am talking about the Great Brains and the People back to these big Changes in the Business world...the CEO’s...I was going through a very interesting fact put by one of the Site which coins a term called as CEO Index for Confidence etc...
So the thing became more of interest for me when I came to the fact that the index shows a downfall in those values for the CEO’s. That is really not a big deal and also not very amazing to note during this course of time. Everything is going random and the forecast are proving to give the negative results. Now those people are also human beings having some limits.. so this is not a big matter of surprise if their confidence index goes down....
But have you ever thought that what build their confidence? Is that the market conditions? Their Will power? Their Forecasting approach? Their Position? Their Work Pressure? Their Product's/Service's Positioning in the Market? The Business they deal with or the Life they live? I don't know... and to give an opinion the answers may be many ...
According to the Chief Executive Magazine, The CEO Confidence Index plummets 42.3 points to a record low of 58.2 points in October, based on a polling of 309 business executives...
one can also see the changes which happened in between the two consecutive months of Sept and Oct in the Confidence, Investment, Future confidence etc..
So what all are the factors behind this can be a very interesting topic to search. Is that only the US fin crisis ...oh that is obvious but if Obama is creating Change in the same course of time with the such conditions and pains in his head then why cant they is a big question...

Google too is reducing the rate of hiring...

Some days back the companies were having the problem to control the attrition rate of the employees and now the scene is entirely changed, companies are throwing there employees from their companies and the job market is very tight. In the same sequence is entering the Giant Brand Google. This company is not hiring these days. While writing this, I remember that some days back a US based companies has given the offer letter to 16 or 19 students IITians but due to this financial crisis they have send the regret letter for not calling them there. The 70% reduction in the salaries of the Trainee Pilots in Kingfisher comes also in the same row.
But the reason for Google to reduce the hiring is that they are moving for some acquisitions as per Chief Executive Officer Eric Schmidt.
The slowdown means more advertising budgets are ``under stress'' and Google is being ``more careful,'' Schmidt said in an interview with Bloomberg Television in New York.
Google's profit growth slowed to its lowest level this year last quarter as some advertisers, including home and auto lenders, cut back on ad space to reduce costs. Shrinking ad budgets have hurt newspapers the most, Schmidt said.
``All of us are vulnerable,'' he said. ``It's a race between a contraction in advertising, which would affect everybody, and a very positive shift from offline to online.'' The shares have fallen 45 per cent this year on investors' concern that a weakening global economy will hurt ad sales. Google, based in Mountain View, California, climbed $6.78, or 1.8 per cent, to $379.32 at 4 pm in Nasdaq Stock Market trading. Google, which handles almost two-thirds of US Internet searches, has spent more than $3.38 billion in the past 12 months on acquisitions such as DoubleClick Inc to extend its lead over Yahoo Inc and Microsoft Corp. The company's dominance pushed Microsoft to make an unsolicited offer for Yahoo in January, a bid that fell though in May. A global credit crunch may cost the online-ad business $6.7 billion in lost sales through 2010, according to Collins Stewart Plc. Borrowing costs surged after at least 15 banks failed this year, hurt by the collapse of the subprime mortgage market. Earnings performance Profit rose 26 per cent to $1.35 billion, or $4.24 a share, in the third quarter, Google said last week. Excluding costs such as stock-based compensation, profit was $4.92, beating the $4.75 average analyst estimate, according to a Bloomberg survey.
Google has no plans to cut back employee perks, such as gourmet cafeterias, Schmidt told reporters today. The company will keep spending on dat

Newspaper revenue The economic slowdown may mean US Internet ad spending growth is less than 20 per cent next year, a rate not seen since 2002, Sandeep Aggarwal, an analyst at Collins Stewart in San Francisco, said last week. Selling ads for online news sites is also proving to be problematic, because readers spend an average of 22 minutes reading the print product versus an average four minutes spent on a newspaper's Web site, Aggarwal said. Schmidt said he doesn't know what newspapers should do about rising newsprint costs and the loss of advertising revenue. Schmidt has endorsed Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama, and said the candidate could run Google. ``He's a pretty smart guy,'' said Schmidt, who reiterated that Google as a company is neutral in the election. ``I'm sure he could learn how to do it.'' Schmidt also called for greater transparency from the US government, saying it should publish an itemised budget every year. Washington is ``dysfunctional,'' he said.

Japan:Indian IT's next goldmine.

After the US Financial crisis, what could be the next market place for the Indian IT companies. The European market is one of the option among the markets which is opened for Indian IT companies. As India is a leader in the field of IT many more doors are opened and in the same series of countries cames JAPAN, coming up with the advancement in the Information Technology. Here are some of the opportunities in the world's second largest economy where Indian IT may see a diversified market.

Opportunity 1: Second-biggest market-With IT services market worth $108 billion, Japan has the second largest information technology market in the world. India’s share in this market ranges between mere $1 to 1.5 billion. Incidentally, offshoring is limited to 8-10 per cent of the total market. Japan is also the world’s a second largest economy and is highly dependent on technology. Presently, Japan makes for only 2 per cent of India’s exports.
Opportunity 2: Application development-Japan has low overall IT spending with spend/sales ratio being around 1-1.5 per cent for most industries as compared to around 3.5- 4 per cent in the US. BFSI and manufacturing are the highest spenders amongst all industries. Embedded systems development and engineering and R&D services are the prospective quick win service offerings for Indian vendors. Application development and maintenance are the next big opportunities. Japan witnesses heavy preference for custom-built applications over packaged software with most Japanese companies continuing to operate legacy mainframe applications, requiring extensive COBOL skills to maintain and enhance their systems.
Opportunity 3: Implementation opportunities-There has been an increased willingness among Japanese companies to adopt packaged products over custom development in the wake of global competition. This change offers huge implementation opportunities for Indian companies. Also, there is opportunity for Indian IT companies to establish themselves as the high-end service providers, with differentiated service offerings compared to their Chinese counterparts.
Opportunity 4: Manpower shortage-The aging Japanese economy in its expansion phase is facing acute manpower shortage and strong global competition in terms of cost as well as innovation. This is forcing companies in Japan to look for alternatives for sourcing services as well as to look for newer markets. India is a natural ally, complementing the needs with its excellent service delivery expertise and a huge consumer market Indian IT vendors are regarded high on technology and domain competence, with fast ramp-up capabilities. The companies are also seen as low on cost and with a better IP protection environment than China. There is respect for Indian culture as well as recognition of the prowess of the Indian IT sector in Japan. Along with these ample opportunities, there are also some challenges that threaten to offset this huge opportunity for Indian IT. Next three pages talk about the same.
Challenge 1: Chinese monopoly-So far China is the biggest offshoring partner for Japan, accounting for over 50 per cent of the total offshoring. Cultural homogeneity is the single biggest factor for choice of China as preferred offshoring partner. Services offshored to China are low-end IT services of coding, testing and BPO. However lately, there have been concerns over offshoring to China due to its limited capabilities to manage large complex projects, lack of high-end domain and technical expertise, inadequate data privacy and IP protection and high-attrition rate
Challenge 2: Oligopoly culture-The Japanese IT service provider industry is organised based on the Keiretsu model where the supply chain is vertically integrated with interlocking business relationships and shareholdings. There is oligopolistic control on clients and most clients do not have a credible alternative. Also, incumbent IT services hierarchy offers little incentive for Indian IT companies keen on working at high-end technology levels.
Challenge 3: IT regarded cost centre-Another challenge is the general perspective towards technology spending. IT is often viewed as a cost centre and not as a strategic enabler by Japanese companies. In fact, there is almost no concept of the CIO office. There are also high barriers to entry in terms of language and cultural compatibility. Having served global clients, most Indian IT companies struggle to cope with the immature IT project management practices followed in Japan.

So the opportunities and the competition are going hand in hand. Now the Indian IT players can be the winner of the race if they can provide the best of the product in the minimum price with the superb value additional features. They also need to do the business after a deep and through understanding of the Japanese culture...

Dear All, as this is a tough time for all and everyone, all the nations are facing the same problem of Financial Crisis, but the scene is somewhat different in certain parts of Globe. neither people are afraid nor the companies. I read one article and got some learning which I am sharing with you all. China in financial Crisis.
There are certain reasons for the countries because of which they are not that much in the trouble zone. The very first reason is the Tradition and Culture of Business. When one talks about China, people are of very quite and silent type. By their culture itself they don't use to speak too much and the same they use to do in their Business. So what happens is that they becomes more concerned and can put their deep thought to do their business. They have the basic philosophy that "Stay one Step Ahead your Competitors". Even today, there are certain companies in China which are making big money and they are the Domestic Players, not Global. As they don't show off too much they have the sufficient reserve with them. They have taken and will continue to follow and develop new strategies. They are going to reduce the cost ie Cost Cutting Strategy. And when the entire globe in trying to get rid of the Financial Crisis, they people are more relaxed, spending money in R&D. They are developing their product during this tough time, so that after the Financial Crisis, they can Lead the market. This all the happenings remembers me about the economic recession in Hong Kong in 1993, when the real state in Shanghai has taken a big turn to become the Hub for the Asian Market.The co relation between that time and this time is that they have taken a shift in the strategies in the context of Long term and short term. In 1993, they have developed Long term Strategy and today they have taken the shift from the short term to a long term strategy.

Happiness....
this is the word (or feeing) which everyone wants to achieve at the end of the day or at the end of Life and Business.
Yesterday I was going through some of the articles and I came through a site http://positivesharing.com/
This site is about the CHO (Chief Happiness Officer). The thing which was of interest for me was that -Is this the necessity of time or per say Demand of Time to create such a post in companies called as CHO. I don't know!!!
But the fact says that a person can give the best output if he/she is in Happy mood. This is not only about the fact but there were a number of psychologists who have given light on the same in favor of the same. There has been a lot increase in Employee Retention Rate because of several reasons. The one of the very causes was the Happiness or Satisfaction Level which is not achieved by the workers from the companies. No companies tries to be rude with the employees but the perception of people differs in terms of there Satisfaction levels. Not only this but a number of suicide cases happening all around in several of the companies because of several reasons. Several HR practices were implemented and many have shown there results but still the situation goes out of entire control. So there is probably a need for the organizations to look after these effects so as to put their Human Assets under the roof of Happiness... and that probably demands a person like CHO ....

I am talking about the Marketing people and the strategies… the companies need the lesser budgets from all the departments to sanction and hence a marketing manager need to do the same by reducing the expenditure in terms of the advertisement exp. and the promotion etc. So there comes a need of developing a strategy for this…

To give you people a brief of it …

That concept says that the companies should reduce there costs of products by reducing there expenditure of advertisement and the promotion exp etc. There were a number of ways suggested by the author such as-

Companies should create a Network at events.

The people should be sent from the organizations to Attend public meetings.

Creating a "useful" handout will also be beneficial.

Create joint-ventures is also good i.e. with the copywriters, designers etc

Write letters to editors of local newspapers and business publications

So these can be the easier ways and the EASY TO REACH IN LESSER COST APPROACH…(but with not the economical costs included)

So lets hope that this works in organizations during the tough time to recession and inflation…

Some days back I read one article in McKinsey which I thought will be of worth to sharing with you all. The article was “Understanding Supply Chain Risk”. In this article they have mentioned number of factors (with the data) which are the Risk Elements for the Supply Chain of any business. They have shown the variance in the risk associated with different industries and companies with the relevant data given by the executives.

Here is a brief of the entire article-

2 out of 3 executives said that they feel risk associated with the Ability to supply their customers with Goods and Services Cost Effectively.

The other problems mentioned in the article was regarding the TOO MANY RISKS, TOO LITTLE TIME

To minimize this risk the companies go for the Performance Contract with the suppliers… and there were a lot more measures what a company takes.

In the further part of the article the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 has been mentioned and talked about its effect on the company’s ability to focus on and mitigate risks related to the SC.

Nothing is bad or good, every thing been uncertain in this universe. And again the same goes true with the Life and the Business. From the time a child born till the time he/she dies, he/she develops the Id in every stage about the same or the different things. The lack of satisfaction developed in the Id comes next in the life in the form of ego, then how is that bad. In fact companies make money over this. For example if a child is deprived of the milk of mother goes for smoking, and doing those all things in which they can suck. This is because the basic necessity of sucking was hindered in the early stages of his /her life. And what the companies do is obvious, they makes cigarettes, cold drinks, straws, etc for them and make money. This is how they make money over the suppressed Ids of people. But the question is that how do they know this that the particular person is suffered of any Id needs. The answer is that they keep on studying the intelligence of human beings and that’s how they can estimate and predict their possibilities of doing business. They, then after segment the market according to the needs of their customers. Once the companies can become to know the personality of the customer they can easily provide the required things and thus can make the money. Actually the basic needs of every human beings as per the theory of Freud in the very beginning of life comes in play as the intrinsic form which is called as the Personality. Those needs are in the form of 5 stages. They are the Oral Stage, Anal Stage, Phallic Stage, the Latency Stage, and Genital Stage. Then after these stages finally develops the personality of the Human beings. And finally the companies make studies over these and hence they make money. If those Id needs are not satisfied this qualities develop in something which people call as the Ego and finally the pressure in the Human beings grows so much that the pressure bursts in the form of Superego. Then basically the companies are fulfilling those needs of humans and hence doing a thing which is very good and noble thing for them. Thus, if those things are not fulfilled ie the Id needs are not fulfilled and the person becomes Egoistic or Super egoistic then what is wrong in this is the question. The biggest of the companies in the world are shifted from being a product to the customer centric approach in their businesses. Be it an IT company, FMCG, Hospitality or anyone else; if not having the monopoly like GE over the market, more or less this P2Cc i.e. Product to Customer Centric shift can be seen. But, is that the real thing or something else happens can be the theme of discussion?

The word customization, individualization etc are the ways by which companies are directly achieving the main purpose of satisfying their customer’s needs. Now a very interesting thing which comes forward is that the companies are developing the Product and reducing their Risk factor associated with the Product as they already are the CDP (Customer’s Designed Product). Thus by being Customer centric they can do several things and hence can reduce their R&D cost associated with the PD and the marketing cost as well. The Risk factor is also reduced till a bit of extend, adding-up in their Risk Management. The examples may be many-

DELL, Google.com, Nokia, Orkut.com, BMW, Linux etc

There are many more and the matter of fact becomes much more of interest when we see that the need and the demand of the customers is the common target for all of these. They basically want to know that what the customer can design for him/her if they are made the developer. Thus the companies are tilting towards that what is happening behind the thirst i.e. the mighty Brain, which is more or less the main responsible factor for their growth cycle.

The focus is now the Brain and there are a number of researches going on the study of Human Brain. Once there was a time labor force was the factor for attention. Have you ever tried to be in senses, working without taking rest for more than 3 days continuously? Have you checked your elastic limit of work? Have you tried to sleep in spite of having a terrible headache due to your work pressure? For most of us, the answer will be NO. The reason behind this is the fact that we never wants to check the upper and lower limit of our working capacity. Definitely a common healthy person will not die if he/she tries these kinds of things; the only thing what can happen may be that, that person may become ill and not more than that. For illness again one can take rest or medicines.

How can a person achieve the dreams and convert the valuable of the thoughts into worth action if the real meaning is not there to live? How can a person be so soft and have the big dreams. The theory of ‘Survival of the Fittest’ has changed to the ‘Survival to the Fastest to Adapt.’

Now let me share with you one happening with me. This is a bit out of the track but not the context of discussion.

Once in my presentations I have said that ‘A person as a leader should be very polite, humble and democratic with all people but at the same time he/she must be very much authoritative, gentle and punctual with himself.’ Actually, this sentence was discovered by me when I was asked to hive the meaning of a Leader. This sentence may have different meanings for various people but for me this sentence has only one meaning i.e. a person should be kind hearted, loving, social, wise and humble with every beings he/she interacts but when the encounter of that particular person happens with him/her, he/she should show a sense of responsibility and royalty. One should not excuse himself/herself for any of the reasons.

The whole premise of that sentence in that presentation came up through a girl who stood in the class and gave her opinion about his. She, very gently said that ‘Sir, I disagree with this statement. The reason is that I lived according to this statement for certain time and what I found was that I became alone as the time passed and my mom and dad told me to be in society and not to be that much of a tough lady. Hence I mingled again with my friends and the feeling of being alone is no more now.’

The things became a bit scattered and the environment as well followed the same randomness. The entropy of that particular system (Brain) increased and with her ending I started speaking the things as reply for the defend and more over I again tried to make it scattered. But what was the exact thing which I wanted to tell that girl but felt unable as some one i has tied me in rope. Truly speaking it was probably me at that time who was stopping me for not to speak that. The reason behind this is really not known to me. But what all I can say is that –

Once a boy who was being taught by his parents to speak truth at any cost asked his dad that, “Dad, suppose I am facing a chance and the situation become very difficult and I was asked to speak the truth. I am knowing that if I am going to speak the truth than I will be killed without any reason and without asking any questions to me, but the same time if I am not speaking the truth I will be set free and coming out of that place I can handle as well as manage the things to let the truth appear of the surface of social bench i.e. before all. Now the question is that what should I do at that moment of time, should I go with truth or not?” It was very well known to that guy that his father can face any type of situation and can leave all the things but not the truth.

His dad tried to take away his small son of that question but the son asked again. Then the reply of his dad was something like this-“You should not speak truth for the moment because you are very much precious. You should come out of that situation and than try to manage the things.”

Again one more bombardment of question from that quite listing face which was very much careful and serious but soft while asking, “That Lie because of the matter that I am your son? What will you do, if that person will not be me but you? Will you compromise with your values for your Life?”

Dad looked a bit tense and nervous about these questions but he said immediately that, “If this is the case with me, I will never compromise with my values and I will speak Truth.”

Probably, this can give the answer that why I did not spoke and made the things clear.

Toughness for me is a different thing and for others it may be same or different. Again the variation varies from person to person.

The thing what I use to tell to me to justify this sentence and to adjust this with me and vice versa is that-

“WINNERS ARE ALWAYS ALONE AS THEY LEAVE PEOPLE AND EMOTIONS, VERY FAR BEHIND.”

The last thing what I remembered to put here is a quotation which was written somewhere.

Winners

are too busy

to be sad,

too positive

to be doubtful,

too optimistic

to be fearful,

and too determined

to be defeated.

There was a time when the things were so easy that mom’s call a boy used to go to the next door shop keeper and ask for the things and taking those all he goes back to his house. But with the changing system and development in the Businesses every thing changed. Those past ways of doing business was the Relationship base business. The things changed to the Product focused business and then after the process based and finally the customer focused. If one will read out the facts and the case during these periods than one can very well say that the component HUMAN remained common. I feel that since this factor remained common, it s of most importance since all the things are carried out by and done for the same HUMAN beings. As HUMAN beings acts because of the functioning and by the direction of their BRAIN, it became the main focus of all.

NOW comes the main part that the study of HUMAN BRAIN. All the functional departments of the organisations require the know-how of the way their employees and the stakeholders things that is the functioning of the BRAIN. The HR people have to know that for the behavior, way of thinking, interest in work etc to increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of manual work involved. For Finance people, again the same thing are required for the better and may be the best possible decision to take so as to increase the Value in the Organization. The marketing guy for the need to interact with both the sets i.e. for the inside people of the organization and for the outside people.

Hence one can see that how the things changed and the point of focus became precise and centralized with the change. People are doing study and already the developed and discovered study are used as the Primary source of data for the development and to be more focused so as to give the best of the result and again to get the maximum of the output.

But the thing for discussion may be that- what next? After Human Brain what will be the next target for study for the organisations? Will the change in the way of doing business will go back i.e. in the reverse cycle or some steps more. But any way there has been all the time a Philosophy of people that all the things have a decline time and also some follows a cyclic process. What will happen in the business scenario? What will be the seen if the fuel (oil) will be finished? Will the companies use the Solar or the nuclear energy as the source of power or will there be any other Fuel discovered? Will those new fuels will be of the same value and whether the efficiency will be effected or not? What will happen with the pollution and what control measures will people follow?

Any ways these all are the questions of the very far future but the situation may arise like that. And the biggest of all the questions at that time WHAT WILL BE THE TOPIC OF STUDY FOR THE NEXT DEVELOPMENT AT THAT TIME?

A Brief History Of Time

Dear friends, these days I am in between words and not mugging up the same theories and business strategies. yeah I have got a lot of time for reading out those books which were in my mind, they are giving me a lot of learning and a very fine company. The recent book I have finished is 'A brief History of Time' written by a great scientist Mr. Stephen Hawking. While going through the pages of that book I was feeling that if I was in my class of physics and as I am returned back to my science books that I have left earlier. This book discusses about the question for the creation of this Universe and Us. This book gives a scientific look about the questions which are very rarely asked. This also shows the how the philosophy of Aristotle and other philosophers was having importance and how the stream of philosophy and science came to meet at some point. This book doesn't contain any mathematical equations but the fact is put is the same mathematical form with the help of words that can please both a person who is of Science background and of other streams. This contains the theories of nearly all the great scientists who have given their postulates in the Astrophysics, Metaphysics, and topics like relativity which has covered Newton, Einstein and all others.
It has given me the answer of a lot of questions and has added a lot for my life. Moreover it was thrill and learning about the story of Start of Time through the Big Bang and the End of it by Big Crunch.

Insight and Intuition

The difference between these two and a story after a long period of time is here.

Insight is the ability to see and understand the truth about people or situations, while Intuition is the ability to know something by using your feelings rather than considering the facts.

Friends, I feel that both of these are very powerful but I don’t know why Intuition is the one which have a greater pull of attraction for me and my daily life. In Business the usage of Insight is more than that of Intuition, but for Life; Intuition plays a greater role. As for nowadays the business is turning more towards the democratic form and the things are becoming more or less very open the Intuition is playing its efficient part here also.

In insight the truth is already there and a person analyses it and comes to a conclusion or a decision or else things. Hence Insight have nearly no risk or very less risk. But in Intuition what happens is; a person claims on something which is not because of the given facts which he/she analyses but may be because of the experience or the feelings about the concerned topic. Thus the greater risk is in Intuition. Truly said the Greater the Risk; More is the Profit.

To make strategies, to start a new business or to take any decisions of life both are required. Friends we can very well analyze the given data and come to a conclusion but for Intuition, may be it requires a very minute and experimental way of daily living or a simple experience of many years of this LIFE and BUSINESS.

The world is moving towards Globalization and the business as well but still the human tendency is not having the move in the same direction. Every one wants to share, but no one wants to disclose the innerness and hence I feel that all are cheating all just for some goals. As all the sharing of knowledge, data and information are for the just to achieve a particular goal or aim. In business, the demand of innovation and creativity are the need for sharing and in our life the aim to be let the other feel and understand you is the reason for the sharing. I would like to give some idea and better a comment about this Hush-hush in Business and Life. In business the strategies, plans and tactics are made and meanwhile the so called sharing and democracy like of fake words are used to show the world that yeah we are together. This is not fair at all as this is a cheat and it should not be done. If one has to do so, than do it, don’t be so good and do the wrong things. In the same manner in human life also this hush-hush happens people comes so closer that the feeling of innerness is created and what is generally behind that is some what which is really the worst of all the things. If you have to do the things to cheat the others is O.k. but do that in the correct way. The Hush-hush happens because of several things. The feeling that the others are smarter than us is the cause. The cheat and the wrong deeds may be the other cause. The person is not having confidence in him/herself. The discloser of the plans and ideas may be utilized by others, which means that the person is not Agile than the others. The person is a coward that he/she fears of the out come. The person is not having the faith in him/her and also in the people. The person is mentally weak and he/she things that he/she is doing the smartest thing and hence they should not share but follow the Hush-hush strategy.

The impacts of this Hush-hush are many-

The level of respect from the people around you will go down. The self respect decreases. The person may get success, but a short term success. The person may loose several things while doing so. And may be a time can come that the particular person can feel bad about the things done by him/her.

What should be done? I personally feel that the “GAME SHOULD BE AN OPEN ONE ALWAYS”. Even if the firm wants to do the biggest thing it should not be in light. Who are the people and what are the assets which are going to be affected by that particular move should be very open. This reduces the risk and then the concerned organization is very much desired and also binds itself to achieve the particular goal or objective.

Also the negative impacts of the process will not affect the people as they already know and they would have adapted or chosen the alternate way for the problem.

The ultimate sense is the “OPEN GAME”.
The example may be what Vijay Malya has done in his business, what Google use to do, what most of the companies of the world used to and those all says that the game is open and everyone knows everything. This everything may be the perception, the opinion, the thoughts, the reality or whatever. It should not the matter for the company. For the competitors the game is tacked by their Intuition. If the intuition of that company is good than they can know and if not they will believe in any Mirage Idea.

Hence OPEN THE GAME AND LET THE OTHER FIND THE REALITY OR TRUTH.

Everyone is running in today’s world. Some run for money, some for achievement of name and fame. And the others I don’t know. But what is the reality behind any race?

Some people like says that they run for winning. Whether they are correct or not? Will they definitely Win or is the only thought for the begin of the race? The same people when defeated says that it was not the ultimate issue of winning the race but the participation was the need for them, they carried the thought of winning the race which up streamed them throughout the race.

Some people run for defeating the other participants. Some run for understanding the Life and some run to become the star who keeps on shining in the pages of history. Mind this also readers that there are also the number of racers who race just for the sake of running.

Some days back I was going to my college with one of my friend and he was driving very fast. I asked him, “Why is he driving so fast?” He replied that race is his passion. I got that race can be the Passion for some people and hence they run. The other moment I saw a car which passed next to us and was thinking that what could be his aim behind the race? Was he racing or is the brand of the car which is converting his normal speed into the racing speed and making that particular person in race. Yeah it may be. But again that was a race on the automobile and what about the race of this Life.

I feel that everyone of this universe is racing mainly for two aims. The one could be to estimate their potential or to show it to others. And the other is to make the life more challenging or to face the challenges so that the entropy of his/her life can be reduced…whatever it is but believe me whenever I race in my life I enjoy a lot and I really don’t bother about the results but the learning which I use to get of all those races is the matter of concern for me …now and hope that will be ever

Regional Imbalance

This world is an organization and the countries are the functional part of this world. Also this world is becoming a village and the reach to the farthest distances are in a very easy reach of one and all. This is really fantastic and is very much due to the help of IT and technology. People can do a number of works and the way is also simpler now as compared to before.

But the question which arises is that whether there is any integration among all the regions or is just a fake relation for the progress and development made between one and all. I should say that there are a lot of benefits because of the world coming closer and integrated. The business, the knowledge sharing and the cultural flow is happening. Is, really the world integrated and are the regions balanced?

If not then what are the factors for this? Is it you and me or is the government responsible for that? Let’s take a journey of the examples regarding these all regional balances and imbalances.

1) The nuclear deal with US- what has happened and what is going about this N- deal is a big question for all. This can be among one factor which imbalances the regional effort which was created by a number of persons working there in America who are Indian and also the same time a number of American People who are attached to India by one way or the other.

2) The regional imbalance is counterfeited by several organizations of this world that have the one and ultimate aim to reduce the barriers and to create a democratic system for everyone. The one best example can be the UNO.

3) The European Trade Union and such types of systems are still a barrier which are creating a sense of imbalance on the regional basis.

4) Taking example of the Asian nations Islam and the religions are acting as the factor for the regional imbalance which is prevailing all across the globe.

5) The African nations are very much tried to integrate but still the color is the factor for the discrimination and hence the imbalance which again helps the regional imbalance.

6) The minerals within any country are used by one and all but now a days regional imbalance is happening because of such a cause.

7) The economy is not at all the barrier and hope that in the coming days also nothing such will happen in the business ways. The reason may be the aim of business is integrate and assembling of the market and to spread a particular business all across the world. Some of the examples could be the Google; McKinsey etc are the good examples. The health care industries are also the good one which is noble one to reduce the imbalance among the regional basis.

Actually, we are ABSENT for that day

The day when we attend the class and don’t speak a word means, that we are absent for that day. I think that the teacher shouldn’t mark present for the scholars for that particular day.

Voice is one of the most important things which represent our presence in the system. If one is unable to speak i.e. a Dumb than that is a different story but if one can speak and then even he/she wants to be in the comfort zone means that person is absent for that day. This doesn’t means that any one is allowed to speak any thing but the meaningful sentences or the word.

We don’t remain in our comfort zone.

The fear of speaking goes away.

The interest is cultivated.

The knowledge sharing increases and helps us and everyone around us.

The wrong information or knowledge doesn’t remains within us as it is cleared by others.

The reach to goal and a sense of achievement is felt.

Confidence is build within us by speaking.

A sense of respect can be seen and moreover a self actualization is done by this process.

Hence friends lets don’t be in our comfort zone and speak up in the classes for gaining all the above or at least one of these. It can be a very good experiment with us. If this doesn’t work then what goes? Nothing …. Let’s try this….

Cells, Tissues, Organs, Organ Systems and finally a Man or simply a Human Being…

What is this?

Ok…..before all these let me tell you something about a Company. What is a company? It is a group of people who use to do the things for some common goal or purpose. And what is our body? It is also the same as a company because all the parts are integrated to make several processed having a common goal. All the cells and tissues forming the organ systems have the common goal in the body. Now there is a CEO for a company and what about this human body? Who is the CEO?

Is it you or is someone else? Is there some alliance between you and some other person or your company or is it you who takes the decisions for the processes? The answer could be different but the fact is that IT IS ONLY YOU AND YOU WHO IS THE CEO OF THIS ESTEEMED COMPANY-your own body. We keep on building day to day strategies and we also make our own values and ethics as in an organization. What a similarity….fantastic; isn’t it? A company is born sometime and the same is us. A company has relations and stakeholders and the same is with us also. We have a number of relations with people and the employees are within our own body. Yeah really it is our own mind which governs each and everything. We are the CEO; if not in a MNC then what it is our own company. The directors are the family members and our parents. Each and every member keeps on trying over the competitive advantage over us same as in a corporate world. I call this world as the HUMAN world rather than the corporate world.

There are very limited companies in the corporate world and the numbers of people who want to become a CEO are in numbers than what remains the option before one? It is the ownership of the same company in which we are working. Once we will assume this as company and start working for it, it will be a real fun and the level of confidence, the time management, the situation management and the opportunity cost, the ledger and the balance sheet ….all will be in our hand and we will be able to comply with the rules and regulations of our body very well…

So friends keep on working and see the effect and believe me for that, you will feel the change and development within …

Again and as usual this is a battleground LIFE and here we do our BUSINESS; either this way or the other…..

What is a dynamic process?
simple ... isn't it?
The process which is dynamic is called a Dynamic Process.
now comes the fun and the game.
how come we say that a process is dynamic in nature? Are there some standard,to measure the momentum of any process or is just the simple vision?
yea.. it is some of the times the vision and perception and many of the times the facts of standard. There is a sequence of any process and many times the next steps followed is considered as the dynamic state of it. This is also true. But what really could satisfy the means and justification of the word 'Dynamic'. CHANGE.....
SIMPLY THE CHANGE...
Change is the only constant, in this entire universe and that is the justification with the word DYNAMIC.. became complicated yea friends this is the effect of the word change and dynamic. Once these happens either in any concepts of BUSINESS or in the ways of LIFE, it brings a sense of disturbance to make a new reality to be known to the world. One becomes unstable to reach a better standard of stability. In the process of Innovation the Change is the factor and in the process of Knowledge Management the Dynamic word plays its role...

The word or the world of silence...

How good or bad it is? Situation is the parent of Silence and we are the victims or the gainers. Any ways... it is always the fun and zeal to live a world which is silent and the discoverer of whose is SITUATION itself, the most powerful of all. Suppose for a while that we cant speak!
Will it be a terrible one of the situations or the real fun one can enjoy?
Exams the time when someone is going to judge us....

Dear Friends,
I have seen a lot of people speaking much about several things. I appreciate and respect their guts of speaking when the wind is blowing against them. It turns some people to the core of fun and enjoyment. But at the same time some people feel that such people are nonsense, they keep on speaking and they don't do the things they speak.
From last one month I was observing and doing research for this small thought and what I found was amazing.
I got a man who speaks a lot, having the desire to be an entrepreneur and no doubt he is able to convert his skills and resources. But, here comes the word BUT..... why this came?
because of the matter of fact that whatever he speaks remains the form of energy in this universe and not the truth to be seen by us..
He was unable to follow his own words and for that matter he is loosing several things and god knows what will be the future .... may god the brightest one...
MORAL of this POST-
When a person gets the talent to speak and the Knowledge in bits and pieces..... it is really very dangerous because for that person nothing remains GOOD except HE himself.
Learn alot and then speak is the best formula to apply so that people may appreciate you and your knowledge.

Two types of Human beings and Work.

There are two types of persons in the prospect of doing work, the one who do the work after being told and the other who use to initiate by themselves. Most of the time people of the first category are right in doing any task. The fear of being wrong makes the category of the first type of people the same and they never try to experiment. Such person seldom creates history while the other groups are of scientist nature and they keep walking on the path of change, discovery, invention and innovation. This is not the fact for those people of the first category that they can’t turn themselves into the other one and vice versa.

For the people of the first category there needs motivation of themselves and the need of inspiration for ignition. I am saying ignition because I categorize the Group 2 people as the burning one.

The same time the people of the second category will change if they don’t add the flavors of interest in their job.

The CHANGE can’t be bound because that’s the only CONSTANT…..

So dear readers it is fine to be in any of the above categories, but the matter of discussion is that whether YOU want to create history or not…

Arrogance

This word is very common in our life. This word is mostly the sense of curse and abuse for all, but for me every word has its meaning which contains both the positive and negative aspects and the same with this ‘Arrogance’. It means Overconfidence or Egoism or Pride or Superciliousness.

For a matter of discussion I would like to ask that when a person becomes Overconfident or when Pride of his/her own comes in him/her? The answer could be many and it will vary from person to person. Again one query pains my head that why after killing Ravana in Ramayana, Lord Ram sent his younger to him to gain the words of knowledge? Was Ravana not an arrogant person? Ram is God. What was the need of sending Laxman to him?

The answer in my opinion could be many and for the matter of fact we can’t deny that Ravana was an arrogant person but the person of immense knowledge.

Sometimes it happens with us also that we become arrogant but why the person in front never thinks … this is the thing which a person contains in him/her, or is the madness he possess or he thinks that everyone else him is fool and he is the most intellectual one…what is the fault in this… if one possess let him cheer, no matter is the way of arrogance… he is not going to hurt anyone ….if he does so than it is a sin and a crime…

The very first Inventions were Innovations.

Here is an opinion by me which separates Invention from Innovation to very much extend.

From the early history of mankind and development there were several inventions and most of those inventions were Innovations except a few. This is a proven fact that the discovery of electric current by Benjamin Franklin, the inventions of Alexander Graham Bell and Thomas Edison, momentous flight of the Wright brothers, Dr. Jagdish Chandra Basu results on plants or anyone else were innovations because of the fact that in the definition of innovation itself it is said that anything which is entirely new is Innovation. Now the matter of discussion is that whether these things were not new of there type or is the definition of innovation is not correct. It should also be noted that discovery is a different thing than invention and innovation because discovered things are those which are already present.

Here I would like to add one more thing that knowledge management plays a vital role in the process of invention but at the same time this is not a fact for all the inventions. But as far as innovation is considered KM is mostly the constructive source except a few. It is a hot going debate and will continue for some days in this blog…. Keep in touch…

It is the time let us do anything either it is Innovation, Invention or Discovery.

Business doesn’t remain the same as compared as early days. It is now grown and developed like anything. It was a time when people use to get up early so that they may reach the market to buy things and also to sell their own products but now the situation is changed. It was not even imaginary that we will sleep and our business will run.

Some days back, I was in a queue to withdraw money from the ATM and I saw that the bank near that ATM was closed. I thought that this is closed and the business of selling the policies can’t be handled from this place now, the same moment I saw a board with a policy written on it. I thought of the entire INTERNET and other call centers which were running parallel for the business of that firm and I came to know that I was wrong. This is the age of IT and this has made everything too easy and simple that we can’t even think of.

See the magic and keep analyzing, we somewhere and somehow come in the reign of this IT where every thing goes PARALLEL.

The market are shifting from the PRODUCT based to the CUSTOMERS based marketing and the techniques of ERP and CRM are used by one and all. Here, sometimes happens the situation of confusion among the customers whether they should use the product or not... who will give the solution of such problems?
Phizer.Ltd, the Indian unit of the US based pharmaceutical giant has launched an anti- smoking drug here named Varenicline sold as Champix which has the course treatment of three months and the charge comes Rs. 9,500.
Any smoker has a probability of cancer and death, but this medicine as an anti-smoking drug can be able to solve this problem but the problem comes for a customer when there is no any surety that the medicine or any product is good for them or not. It is like the situation in which one side is the sea and the other side is a bay. What to do and what not to do? This problem comes only for the customers who really want to quit smoking not for the others.

The company should come forward and say that the product is totally good to use so that we as a customers can be assured to use it as it will not possess any harm.

In spite of all the resources and talents in ourselves we keep searching and roaming from here to there as the deer in the Ramayana who runs all around the forest to search the smell which was of his own body (Kasturi Mrig). The same is the condition of human beings. History shows and reminds us about the great personalities who really understood their talents and registered themselves as the heroes of the era. Same body and same blood, what is lacking is the sight. If the climate and weather can change globally, why can’t us. We have to learn a lot about several things as a factor of cost opportunity, because we are left behind in this competitive world. No matter, we know a lot and we are a learnt personality but the above statement of learning for the need of competition. We have to be very quick and agile to come up in the competition and once we will be there the steps will be ours and the followers will be others. What if a heavy plane’s screw or any other prominent part is damaged or is not working properly? What could be the situation of a flying bird if the wings are not having the sufficient energy to let it go even a single step ahead?

What could be the situation, if a person came to know after he turns mature enough that he/she has no goal and no interest in life?

Will he/she land down like that bird and that airplane or will it be good for him/her to move as the destiny will decide everything.

What is your opinion about that particular plane which if is not landed immediately can even crash because of a mere small piece of bolt? Should it be repaired after landing or let it to crash?

Should that bird, no matter is the strongest EAGLE, continue to fly to give up the life in the sunny climate or should it land for a while and touch the earth to make the wings healthy?

Boring and Funny to read sometimes ……. Right?

Every day is like the flight of that plane and the every thing we speak the every moment we think the way we live and the RULES we follow are like the components of this big engine what we call as LIFE. if there is a fault, hold down and repair neither the plane will we crashed and the life will be useless. The desire of reaching the top HILL as that bird will remain as a dream and we will be burnt in this competitive world as that of the sunny climate.

Take time and then start but mind it this time there should be no fault neither it is gone……the plane will crash.

The Unfathomable Journey

It was a wonderful day for the Black Swans. The History as the Black Swans says was that day. Time proved and makes them out of the others to reach the giant standing near the highway which is one of the great IT players of India.

We were called and we went there to learn more and new (Innovation) in our life. We reached there and after all the procedures we taken by him to the office. We started the journey after a long pause of time with a great zeal and boosting approach. Slowly the time kept passing but we were not spending it as usual, I mean to say no orkuting, no chatting no roaming but the real learning. The glass of the window was giving a fantastic view of the outer world.

Some were equipped with the knowledge of the automobile industries and some were learning new examples of the outer world sitting on the hinge of the window, some busy in collecting the best of the disciplines of the Innovation and really some busy bee was collecting the bricks and shaping them to create the history. Really it was enjoying time as he says, in between the cups of refreshing beans.

Work shaped and finally was done.

We went for a marvelous ride starting from the edge of TOTAL and the knowledge was flowing as if really it was a sacred river. Some were hungry and quite and the other kept speaking. The vehicles all around the road were crossing with a whiz of pollution and dust. But some people were on their bicycles not to contribute a bit of pollution. Kiskor Biyani’s Big Bazar was on the way which shows the Innovative style of Indian Retail market and it passed as we know that time make everything older and demand again Innovation. FORUM was the next bigger block which reminded me about the WEED out concept taught in my class in CRM. Finally we kept walking and talking and went deeper and deeper the same as the window of the giant block which was showing our reality as time passed and we were finally at the stage where a person realizes the concept of SELF ACTUALISATION of the great MASLOW’s theory.

6 lacs and 730 days:ARE WE UTILIZING IT ?

Dear Friends,

After paying Rs.6 lacs of huge amount for 730 days, we are far away from our family from our places, but the question is whether we are utilizing that paid amount which when calculated for one day comes Rs.821.91 per day?

After getting up early in the morning and after wearing the beautiful TIE and BLAZER we forget our reality that we have a loan and overall the expectations of our parents who are working hard there for us. We have someone who has expectations from us.

They think that their son/daughters should not face any problem of money and they even takes a lot of pain for that. Is this the justice we are doing for them? It is not. The matter is that coming here far away from our home we forgot our situations and the dreams which we carried with us. We are among the friends/ girlfriends and we don’t bother about anything. The matter is not that how and with whom we are spending our time, even the matter is not that we are drinking twice in a week but the matter is how much and what new we are learning in a day to move a single step towards our GOAL. Definitely enjoy the life to the fullest and spend time in roaming but let’s learn something new in our life which can prove WORTHWHILE. It will be and it must be. We are given a lot of facilities; we should utilize those to the fullest.

Values and the Output of any Business

There is a question that whether one should have some values in life or not? If No then it is fine but if YES then how far that person should go for those values?

Sometimes and only in someone we find values, the others don’t have the values. I am saying so because if a person is compromising with the values for ANY reason then he/she doesn’t have the values because the preface of the book of values says that “DON’T CHEAT WITH THE VALUES, IT IS A SIN”

People say that why is the value needed for life, it already goes smoothly. I want to ask such persons what is the need of living? If there is a system in which we are born and we will die than there should be a system for all. If there is a system for running a company, if there are strategies for business than it is damn compulsory for life too. But the matter of fact is that in a company we will be thrown out of it and in the case of life nothing such happens. But you know what people, in the case of life one might gain a lot of things by compromising with the rules and values of his/her, the losses are unpredictable. The pace of achieving will ultimately go down and the real happiness will not be there.

It is not the matter that a person is having values and rules which is not praised by many but the matter of fact is that if it is, it should be strictly obeyed, one should die for that.

Either it is business or life values should be given value neither you are not doing justice with yourself……

In business there is an input and output concept, yesterday while talking to a person he was telling me that nothing is 100% and then after he started talking about six sigma and business inputs. I told that guy that all those things cant even compared to rules because all those things have the depth realty of rules and values and all those companies which plays with them don’t survive as the fittest one. Hence rule the RULES over you.

Why do we bother about small things?

Sleeping early or watching movies till late night, getting up late and then again the same day, the same life.
Is this not reprehensible?
We passed our childhood days. O.k. till that time we were not having the sense and mature understanding level but what about the time when we are a grown up adult, when we can think about each and everything of this universe. When we are taught about INNOVATION like things in our classrooms.
Was that a mere dialogue what was taught by our lecturers in the classes to THINK BIG, to create A DIFFERENCE,DON’T WALK WITH THE MOB, BE UNIQUE. These were the words if I am not wrong.
Readers we assume that our life will be very joyful and we will die till late 60’s, but have you ever thought that what if we will die tomorrow evening? It makes me feel THE DEATH and I become unable to manage the time of that one day…comes in dilemma whether eating is important or is sleeping, should I go to meet my girlfriend or attending the class is priority, job or parents or friends or this or that or what or what or what ………….
Just think about that moment for a while and feel the terror and the ground of virtual reality….just take a single moment to do this.
Or let us simply leave it to die as same as an animal in a jungle or a dog on the roadside. If not than think about this beautiful life and the ultimate death and run on the waves of tides to reach the SUN...….today is the day of SOLAR ECLIPSE. Let us come out of our comfort zones and think big……..

DEATH to climb over the top of the system.... the sense which makes fearless and shameless. Because of which the desires dies. A fake smile and the real world...what an authentic combination...The mixture without any interest the life without any goal.
Yes ladies and gentlemen...this was the past and a hard core reality.
With the every moving hand of the watch in the wrist, that particular moment changed and the way of life and the demand of people.
